Kline Construction was founded in 1945,  right after WWII by William H. Kline Sr., in Brigantine, New Jersey and has grown  since then to include 300+ employees, over 125 vehicles and today is  one of the largest utility support contractors in New Jersey with 6 locations to serve our continually growing client base.
